Sunday MIT Class (MIT 暖身班)

MIT 暖身班訊息:

1. 大安運動中心備有飲水機. 但教室內除水或無糖飲料外不得飲食.

2. 請換穿舞鞋進入教室內. 你的便鞋及隨身攜帶之物, 請放置於教室外的置物櫃中.

3. 新舞教學TBA (To Be Announced即"待公布"): 將固定於每周五在網頁裡公告.

4. Playlist舞碼亦會於每周一定時公布. 約一小時的Open Dance時段, 是直接撥放音樂讓舞者練跳.
        舞碼是不會walk through(排練)的.
